What's next in Erinsborough?
Next week on Neighbours, David and Freya are forced to come clean about their actions at River Bend. Meanwhile, Karl and Susan are about to clash.
Here are 10 Neighbours spoilers to look forward to next week.
1. Nicolette continues to work on Kiri
Now that Kiri has moved to Ramsay Street, Nicolette is adamant about winning her over. Next week sees Nicolette decide to throw Kiri an impromptu welcome party at number 32.
Kiri agrees and Nic hastily throws something together in the hope that it will impress her – only to notice the closeness she is starting to have with Chloe.
Meanwhile, Glen uses the opportunity of an empty number 24 to do some snooping on his secret daughter, but will he find anything?
$50,000 has been demanded by the mystery blackmailer to keep their secret, and Freya and David do not have long to come up with the cash.
Knowing how short they are on time, Freya nervously reaches out to her brother Zane to see if he can help her out.
When the two meet, Freya's problematic family history comes to light, but he does come through to support her.
Unfortunately, David is set to make things worse when he lashes out at Dean's car, and number 32's ongoing party is about to be dramatically derailed.
3. Karl grows concerned
Despite Susan making it clear that Karl was not to invest their money into Montana's start-up business, Karl went ahead and did it anyway.
While Karl has been confident that all will be forgiven once the returns start rolling in, he is left feeling uneasy when Clive gives him a warning about the dangers he could be facing.
Now feeling nervous about his choice and what could happen if it all goes wrong, he begins to have second thoughts. But will he be able to do anything about it?
4. Harlow is left stunned by Amy
The complications between Ned, Amy, and Harlow have only grown since Corey arrived in Melbourne, and Ned is struggling to hide how jealous he feels when he sees Harlow with her new man.
All thrown together for fashion week, the awkwardness grows while an oblivious Amy keeps trying to build a friendship with Harlow.
With Harlow already growing impatient with Ned, the last thing she needs to hear is that he and Amy may be trying for a baby. But unfortunately, Amy is about to tell her just that.
5. David and Freya make a huge decision
With the walls feeling like they are closing in, and his own home now targeted because of what he did, David tells Freya that it is time they owned up about what happened with Gareth.
Freya agrees, so their first stop is to tell a stunned Clive what they did, and he makes it clear how disgusted he is by their actions.
It does not take long for them to be hauled off to the police station to admit their lies, but how much trouble will the pair find themselves in over letting somebody die?
6. Mackenzie gets in deeper with the modelling world
As if going to uni and working at the law firm was not keeping Mackenzie busy enough, she has now agreed to take to the catwalk to model Montana's outfits at fashion week.
But spreading herself too thin could be set to backfire when Montana forces her to miss an important day at uni to work on the show, and Hendrix is worried that her focus is being put in the wrong place.
Will Mackenzie regret missing something so vital to her course?
7. The police charge David and Freya
David and Freya's worst fears come true when they are both arrested for multiple offences – with David facing the most serious charge of medical manslaughter.
While they deal with that and their suspension from the hospital, they are both relieved and overwhelmed with the support that they get when they return to Ramsay Street.
They quickly learn the true identity of the blackmailer too, although hopes of getting their money back are soon dashed. But while everyone is supportive, will Paul's offer of expensive legal aid be enough to keep them out of prison?
8. Suspicions grow about Glen
Glen has been spending a lot more time with Kiri lately, and Nicolette and Chloe can't help but notice that something is amiss.
The pair recruit Leo to have a talk with him, but it soon turns into an ambush and Glen is forced to think on his feet – telling them all that he is in love with Terese to throw them off the scent.
While that seems to do the trick, he now worries that he may have made things awkward at home – how long can he keep his secret hidden?
9. Susan learns the truth about Karl
Karl has been getting nervous about his investment and hopes that Susan will see it as a good idea if she sees the potential rewards.
When that does not work, he is forced to tell her that not only did he go behind her back, but he invested far more than he originally discussed with her.
Susan is devastated at the betrayal and immediately sets about inviting Montana over to cancel the cheque.
The meeting does not end well, and Montana then learns that the walls are closing in on her quicker than she thought. Serious trouble is on the way for the Kennedy family.
10. Hendrix's concerns about Mackenzie grow
As next week goes on, Mackenzie throws herself into the modelling lifestyle and is surprised by just how much she is enjoying it.
With Mackenzie getting people to cover for her at uni and ignoring her other responsibilities, Hendrix is alarmed by the change in her, while also being taken aback by how well she handles herself on the catwalk.
Mackenzie's self-obsessed attitude is hard for Hendrix to watch though, but does he really have something to worry about?
